Refund & Return Policy

At Mr Fish Processing Hub, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality seafood and fish. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refunds and returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds

  1. Seafood and Fish Products: Due to the perishable nature of our seafood and fish products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the items have left our facility. We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and notifying us immediately of any issues or concerns.
  2.  If you are unsatisfied with a  seafood or fish product for any reason, you may return the unopened and unused portion within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  3. Prepared Meals and Cuisine Items: If you are unsatisfied with a prepared meal or cuisine item from our Cuisine Corner, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will gladly provide a refund or exchange.

Returns

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at safety@mrfishprocessinghub.com within the specified timeframe for your product type.
  2. You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the eligible item(s).
  3. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.
  4. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item from our end.
  5. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Please note that this refunds and returns policy does not cover items that have been misused, altered, or damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
